I offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual counseling, family therapy, guided meditations, and private yoga classes. My services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I specialize in helping individuals overcome: trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, perinatal disorders, and offer sessions on psychedelic integration & enhancing your spirituality.
I use an existential lens with a variety of techniques and theories depending on what each unique person needs and wants out of therapy. I do not believe that there is one "right" way to engage in counseling, therefore I use an eclectic approach to help clients find out what will work for them. I believe the entire person needs to heal- mind, body, and spirit. Not only can we utilize traditional aspects of mental health counseling, such as, cognitive talk therapy; we can also engage in mindfulness, somatic experiencing, breathwork, and other physical practices to utilize a holistic approach to treatment. It is essential to give clients healthy coping strategies while also getting to the root of what is creating the distress you are experiencing.
